Octavian Ksenzhek is Professor and Head of the Laboratory of Bio-electrochemistry, Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology. The main area of his scientific efforts is comprehending the role of energy factors in functioning and developing of complex systems, biological and social. He has authored a number of publications in scientific journals and several books. A few notable ones are “Money: Virtual Energy. Economy through the Prism of Thermodynamics” (2007) and “Plant Energetics” (1998).
