Karl Wagner is a biologist by training and an environmental campaigner by profession. Has over the last 30 years conceptualized, developed and managed successful large environmental campaigns, nationally and internationally for a number of organizations, mainly for WWF. Examples of the latter include. the global “Living Planet Campaign” and European campaigns, targeting EU legislation on fisheries and chemicals (REACH). Karl currently acts as Director for External Relations for the Club of Rome in its headquarter in Winterthur.
