Julene holds an MA from SOAS, University of London where she studied Medical Anthropology, Anthropology of Development and Anthropology of Music. Further to this she worked at the Laszlo Institute of New Paradigm Research (Italy) and at FormWelt Institute/Carl-Auer Akademie (Germany) to develop a socio-systemic framework marrying social sciences with system sciences. She created the CIRR method for socio-systemic high impact innovation, which has been brought forward by Ubiquity University. Her current work developing the ‘socio-systemic science of impact’ is focused on how to increase effectiveness in humanitarian and social change efforts, and is currently undergoing a scientific evaluation through Integrative Propositional Analysis with the Foundation for the Advancement of Social theory.
